No Secret Internet Censorship!
The Government has just tried to defend and push for Section 66A in front of the Supreme Court. What does this mean? Section 66A punishes people with three years in jail if they’re found guilty of “annoyance or inconvenience” on social media. Who decides what’s an “annoyance”? The Government.
This law has already been used to arbitrarily imprison people for exercising their constitutionally guaranteed right to free expression. Let’s stop it from persecuting others:
