Our successful advocacy results in efficient, coordinated mobility in Bengaluru!

Bengaluru had multiple agencies catering to the traffic and mobility needs of the city, which resulted in coordination and planning issues. Therefore, we launched a campaign to advocate for the tabling of BMLTA bill in the state’s Legislative Assembly.

In 2021, we launched a series of initiatives to engage with the issue – including a petition, visiting members of the Legislative Assembly to put forward the support for the bill, and even a #CallYourMLA campaign!

Our successful advocacy led to the tabling of the Bengaluru Metropolitan Land Transport Authority (BMLTA) Bill in the Karnataka state Legislative Assembly. This achievement is a testament to our persistent efforts since 2021, which garnered recognition in media coverage and even earned a dedicated segment on Radio Mirchi. This victory represents a significant step towards more efficient, integrated, and comprehensive mobility in Bengaluru.
